A VGM certificate anyone can verify
Since 2016, no packed container can be loaded onto a ship without its Verified Gross Mass. HAON VGM documents it for you, with no forms and no learning curve.
Certificate with folio and QR
Every certificate carries a controlled folio and a QR code. The shipping line, the terminal or your customer can verify it online, without calling anyone.
HAON chats and issues
You write to HAON as you would to a person: send the photo, HAON reads the weight, asks for whatever is missing and issues the PDF. It can also email it to whoever you choose.
The certificate is issued in the shipper's name, as SOLAS requires. Your history is saved and searchable by folio, container or date.

What people ask us before getting started
What is the Verified Gross Mass (VGM)?
It is the total weight of the packed container: cargo, packing, dunnage and the container's tare. The SOLAS Convention (Chapter VI, Regulation 2) requires the shipper to declare it before the container is loaded onto the ship.
Which weighing method does HAON VGM accept?
Both methods recognized by SOLAS: Method 1, weighing the packed container on a certified scale, and Method 2, adding up the cargo, the packing and the container's tare.
How can someone check that my certificate is authentic?
With the certificate's QR code or by entering the folio on the HAON VGM verification page. They see the certificate exactly as it was issued, without accessing your account.
Can I give access to several people in my company?
Yes. Each person has their own user and role: who enters data, who approves and who only views. Everything is logged.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every charge, monthly fee and certificates alike, comes with its stamped CFDI, sent by email.
